  Called during the week to set up an appointment to see their subaru wrx's, and confirmed the time the day before. When we arrived the salesperson we were talking to wasn't available. One car was in a different location, and the other one is sitting in the back of the lot with a dead alternator (see other reviews from over a month ago, I should have known). No test drive, waste of time.

  I bought a used car at loo loo autos just under a year ago. my brother who is pretty handy with cars just recently checked out my car and noticed that there was a lot of problems with it. my rotors are shot,my coil springs needed to be done, my brake pads/rotors are bad. The dealership assured me that everything was fine with the car when it wasn't, all they did was fix the front brakes. I got scammed and I'm left with paying for all these things to get fixed. I don't recommend purchasing a car from here, they don't check the cars properly.

  Drove an hour to check out some Subaru Impreza's. Salesman pulled up a few on his computer. Took us out to see one. It had a dead battery, so we couldn't even see what the infotainment is like. Straight up told us no test drive unless I was willing to buy it today because HE was on commission.

  A horribly busted sst transmission but according to their sales man “The sst is slipping because it wants you to give it more” of course he didn’t mention that it was slipping to a customer buying his first car that would raise concerns! ($8,000)
