    Completely disappointed with my experience and wouldn't recommend anyone going at this store to purchase anything.

    A good store with a variety of gadgets. Prices are reasonable as most item prices are manufacture driven. They do price match with great. Return policy 14 days and simple and easy. The web site is a bit slow sometimes and the reserve in store option is no longer working since before thanksgiving 2017. It gives error and I have reported it many times bit it seems they are not interested to fix it

    I was at the store today to buy a tablet. Half of the displays are empty and they have a limited selection. Regardless, I quickly chose the tablet I wanted which was great because I had my 6 month old son asleep with me in his car seat and I was looking to get in and out quickly. THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN. Instead, I had to haul my (now crying) son around the store 3 times to find ANYBODY who could possibly open the glass case for me. In the whole store there was only ONE associate wearing a blue shirt that was at the time serving another customer. After about 10 minutes of trying to find someone I finally approached the geek squad and asked them to call someone for me. After another 10 minutes still nobody had come to unlock the case. At this point I called the store from my cell phone in hopes of getting some help but guess what? NO ANSWER. Finally a young man just wandered past me and I was able to flag him down (pretty sure he was on break because he didn't seem pleased to help me) . I then had to wait a further 5 min waiting for him to return with the keys! WHAT IS GOING ON?!

    knowledgeable and helpful staff. The person i was talking to was very knowledgeable about the products from personal use or could tell me popular opinions and helpful advice on products they didn't have personal experience with. Very helpful

    Brought in laptop no screen? Had Geek squad insurance. They had it for a couple hrs & I had it home, no problem everything is good. Happy New Year's everyone!!!

    One of the worse BestBuy stores in whole Canada. I walked in to purchase a camera and lens. Had to do a price match with another retailer. First they were ready to do but then started making excuses that they have to check with a Manager and that the SKU number on the other retailer website doesn't matches theirs. I walked out went to a different bestbuy driving 30 mins and got all the products without an issue. The worse part is when I called to complain at the store. The person NICK who made all the excuses didn't even bother to come and talk to me (as he was busy with a customer). When I told the person I was talking to that no where on the website it says the SKU has to match. She changed the topic by saying oh its not an authorized retailer. Just full of excuses!!!!
