  After arriving home and realizing he received an incomplete order (3 instead of 5 pieces of chicken) my husband returned to the store only to be told by the person at the front (as she was giving him the two missing pieces) that her manager has footage showing that the order was complete. This statement suggested my husband was lying and he was very offended by this. He asked to see the footage, which when produced did not show any such thing. At this point the person at the front sheepishly said "oh maybe it was not your order." Not even an apology was tendered. Sure enough my husband told her to keep the 2 pieces of chicken and that he would not be coming back to that store. Lesson learnt...we should have checked the order prior to leaving the store. Pity we couldn't post without a star!

  good food and good service. no doubt this store has better customer service than the other ones i have been too. i would come back here.

  Good cozy place and friendly staff. A little slow service, but worth it. Initial set of fries we got were stale and old - requested fresh ones and had no issues.

  Very clean store. Food quality is worth coming here, I come here almost everyday. The cooks are amazing and so is their customer service.

  Food was fresh and pretty good, although Monday's are normally better than this. Perhaps because of the holiday
