    It's really great the people that work their are so helpful when trying to find books! They also have lots of different things like home decorations (just a few) boardgames and lots more

    My daughter received two books for her birthday, with gift receipts and she wanted to exchange them for some other books on her list. On the way to indigo she got some slush on one of the books. The manager refused to take the book back. I called indigo in Erin mills and they welcomed us to exchange for her favourite read immediately without any hesitation.

    I like this specific story. The store is the perfect size and is never overly busy, has a Starbucks and friendly staff.

    Not all indigo are alike. We are plum members and love the selection of books at indigo. Unfortunately, we learned the hard way that not all indigo are alike.
