  Terrible experience, went to see the family law information centre, extremely rude staff, and left with no more information then we went in with.

  I am going in today for two different things and will leave two separate reviews. I am cautiously optimistic based on the reviews and will go in expecting excellent service by assuming the negative reviews were more based on petty looking for trouble types.

  Free public parking, staff were friendly and efficient. A little bit of a wait but that's to be expected.

  I have been working on a waiver and needed paperwork from my past, I get overwhelmed very easily, Cheryl in the office is always kind, friendly and patient I am happy to have met her.

  This court house is in dire need of a severe update, its an embarrassment to Milton! The washrooms, cramped areas are really bad. The duty counsel staff could have been a bit more polite, however they do have busy days.
