    Me and my wife walked in, everyone was polite, great collection to choose from, and one of the sales people stayed with us till we found what we were looking for and for the budget we wanted too.

    The furniture is ok but not worth what they charge especially when you can never get anything fixed with your fake warranty.

    Never ever buy a warranty from here. The sales person totally lied and sold us a useless warranty. There is no customer service at all, you have to chase them for a response when you try to make a claim on the warranty you were pushed to buy. Once you finally get a response it is very abrupt and there is no help what so ever. I don't know how these people can sleep at night knowing that you are tricking hard working Canadians who are trying to make their home nice for their families.

    As always the salesperson I deal with was very friendly and helpful. Never have an issue when I visit The Brick. Customer service is very good as well and helpful.

    There are so many lies in the sales and service department in this store. They only follow their evil policy without considering their customers feeling

    I bought about $8000 furnitures from this store recently. BAD quality and WORSE service. The warranty is just a cheating game. The salesman Sanjay pushed me to buy more than 300 dollars extended warranty without telling me the details. When I tried to report my table problem 2 month later, they rejected my request because of their evil "14 days report limitation" policy! Only The Brick and Leon's have such policy and they think the customer should have already known that.

    I talked with the operational manager Natasha and asked her whether she could give me some exception because it was my first time to buy furniture from the brick and the salesman did not tell me the policy. She just insisted that it was my fault and coldly rejected my request again. When I asked her what is the reason of the problem, she told me that she did not have any knowledge of the furniture because she was not a technician.

    So disappointed about the late delivery. We were invited to a VIP on Feb 1 and yet the sofa set we ordered isn't going to reach us till after the first week of March. We should have been informed if what we were picking was actually in stock and the estimated time.

    Finally they changed a new table for me after I complained in their homepage. Then add one star (from 1 to 2).
