    Great little hidden gem in Milton. There are many bigger gyms in Milton but Cambria is the only one with a proper weightlifting club. The owner is very accommodating and patience. Overall great gym.

    A great CrossFit box that welcomes newcomers to CrossFit with open arms. I've been doing CrossFit for 4 years, if I were starting from scratch this is the type of place I'd want. Everyone is friendly, the owners are very involved and put form over everything. If you want a "box" that doesn't overplay the competitive nature of CrossFit then this is the place you're looking for. It's a fun place run by great people.

    This place has changed my life. I never found a more welcoming and nurturing place to grow your love for lifting and crossfit. It also helps that they love to see their members grow into friends and comrades. A very family environment
