  Nice gym (Milton ON) with lots of equipment, however management is not too great they full out scammed me! Told me I could bring in my sister and dad for 0 initiation and 29.99 a month... they told me they would initially charge me the full amount on my visa and that they would credit me back....months later I kept getting full charges for my fam and kept going in to inquire and the guy kept saying ya ya just wait and see.. and this went on for months and he never refunded me the money for the deal which he promised or even cared about it. I talked to the manager about it and he didn't seem to care. Although I think they are gone now and the new staff seems better. Horrible sales tactics over all seeing I was flat out lied to and spend hundreds of dollars.

  By far the WORST gym I have ever been to for general maintenance & customer service. The dumbbells are NEVER in right spots or they are missing or over by the opposite side of the gym. I also have never once seen an employee do a pass to fix things up.

  The equipment is fantastic, but the showers and area around it are disgusting and it smells like a sewer. You can feel the slime on your feet. The largest shower has a hole in the shower hose, water spraying everywhere, other shower heads spray everywhere too. Where are the cleaners/maintenance people at this location??

  This gym is awfully maintained. Shower area is always dirty, garbage bins are overfilled often times. Only one of 5 or 6 shower heads works as it should. The rest have been sprinkling water either all over the place or barely any. Sauna is down 20% of the time. Pool had big issues for a month. Any fixes take weeks.
